Comté, a delicious cheese with a fruity flavour

Everybody knows the famous Comté cheese, which celebrated 50 years as an AOC (quality label) in 2008. 
The Brenod cheese dairy in the little village of Bugey in Ain runs visitor tours of the workshop where its cheeses are made, including the inimitable Comté.
