Cookery classes

Chef Alain Berne, winner of a 'Meilleur Ouvrier de France' master craftsman award who lives in Hostun in northern Drôme, loves to pass on his love for cooking. He is therefore offering cookery classes on different topics open to anyone: the chef's tricks of the trade, which wines to accompany different dishes, pastry-making, party menus and more… A word to the wise!
