The great 3* Michelin chef Georges Blanc has been a household name since… 1981!
In 30 years he has turned his village of Vonnas into a place dedicated to fine living and even finer food. In addition to his gastronomic restaurant, Georges Blanc has opened two 5* hotels, a 3* boutique hotel, a traditional bistro, a magnificent spa, several boutiques and a château for receptions... He has other projects in the pipeline too.
